ChildGate Inc. is a registered non-profit organization created in 2015 by pioneers in the field of child abuse prevention and education. While ChildGate has pursued issues related to human trafficking and support for victims of domestic abuse, our primary focus currently is education for and about Canada’s First Nations including an online communications employment training program offered through a grant from Indigenous and Northern Affairs to First Nations youth in remote areas of Canada’s north.

Our educational work related to residential school abuse has been endorsed by the Assembly of First Nations (see attached letter) and ChildGate is a participant in the development of a Canadian television documentary on this subject called “Canada’s Dark History” which is supported by the Canada Media Fund.

ChildGate Inc. is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which includes international representation.
